Captain Brown's Lake Escape on Norris Lake

The owner of the property was absolutely amazing! We reached out for assistance a couple of times for minor issues he was at the Vrbo within an hour. The house and play house were spectacular and peaceful with beautiful views of the landscape. The trails were mainly uphill but thats what I expected I mean we were in the mountains. The drive to the Vrbo was very windy and up and down the mountains on narrow roads so if your not confortable driving in the mountains this is not the place for you. However, if you are comfortable driving in the mountains and prepare yourselves for a 20 minute drive from the highway I highly recommended this Vrbo. We highly recommended the Vrbo as it was just what we wanted the kids all had a wonderful time they were on on their smart devices to do homework or listen to music. We really liked that we could minimize the 7 and 9 year olds access to the play house due the the door code keypad entry. The teenages had a blast playing pool and making smores. Thank you to the owner Tom for making this trip the best it could be as since we brought our moms ashes home to spread them at her favorite places in TN, and had a hand full of local family members over for a cookout.

Our weekend here was amazing and so peaceful. A lot of room for a large group of friends to get together! This spot was perfect for us.

A few buddies and I rented this for a guys weekend. The place was great and check in/out was easy. The property manager was very responsive and super helpful!

Our stay was amazing. Plenty of room and fun for all. Definitely a great off the grid experience. We had such a wonderful time no one had time or thoughts of using electronics.
